contracted gallons are delivered.

Purchases of equipment or oil burner service are not part of this program.

To hold G. Cronin & Sons, Inc. harmless of any conditions due to but not limited to
Acts of War, natural disasters, emergencies and the inability by suppliers that
G. Cronin & Sons has contracted to supply fuel for any event beyond seller’s control.

G. Cronin & Sons, Inc. reserves the right to charge a termination fee of $200
if less than 50% of contracted oil is used by 4-30-09.
